• All the Data captured under the various headings have been Digitized from the handwritten notes without making any interpretations or inferences.
• In cases where Data was illegible, those data points have not been captured
• Personal Identifiers have been removed to Display Anonymised Data of 2000 COVID-19-Positive Cases.
